Harry Alers in Third Chamber

Harry Alers (58) from Sittard has been installed as a member of The Third Chamber. Alers worked for years in developing countries like the Ivory Coast, Mali, Burkina- Faso, Costa Rica and Bolivia. He wants to dedicate himself mostly to the smaller projects.
